The only way you'll be able to close the position is if you dump the shares out of your account at $.000001 which will give you pennies and a capital loss on your taxes next year. I doubt you'll be able to sell them at $.0001. That's hard to do at no bid but you can put them up at $.0001 and try your luck.

That said, why not wait and see if anything happens. Frank may come back with some bullshit or other and attract the attention of traders or the ticker may be used for a R/M at some point.

With the stock already at rock bottom and worthless the only direction it can go is up. Well, unless it does a R/S, then it can seek another rock bottom level. But you'll only lose those pennies. (-:
