You are so convinced Integral will not announce contracts this year or next are you willing to put your money where your mouth is? How about a realistic wager of $100? If there are no contracts announced before 11:59 PM December 31, 2004 I will owe the charity of choice $100. If there are contracts announced prior to 11:59 PM December 31, 2004 you will send my favorite charity $100.

I don't think you have the jewels to take the bet. Prove to everyone who reads this thread you are true to your convictions.
