The multitude of lawsuits were inherited too so IMO the only way for this admin to settle them is to consolidate them then lose. I do believe this Admin. understood the c-ship and especially the NWS are indefensible but it's critical to settle all issues inherited once and only once in order to move forward without sinking the ships that carry the US economy. Can't even put them in drydock for an overhaul. All repairs have to be made while underway. Good news is the repairs are already done and there's a tidy sandbagged budget ready for the fully privatized voyage to happy GSE destiny.
