TDA BROKER, MAGIC... told me that the 8.3 billion shares are either Reverse Splitted, or they are real and Naked Shorted...this is a trader, a Professional, and I believe him that the 8.3 billion shares are Naked Shorted...and investors should benefit greatly from it... jmho, and that of a TDA Agent...who does these things for a living...
