Of course he was paid in shares . That’s why their was the reduction of 100 million shares of the restricted shares . Is he worth it well so far he has not done much to provide value even though he is new to the company he is promoting his own agenda which is for more company boards to use his team to increase revenue and all forms of company expertise.
