I think the moral of the story is nobody is getting their money back. Taking money from shareholder is unethical to begin with. That shouldn’t have happened in the first place and a sign that bridges have been burnt everywhere else. When people started mentioning calling the media and the sec he sure put out a blog quick which seemed to me that he feared that people digging into these loans May find that they weren’t used for what they said they were.
