Mc has never given a shit about retail investors even though they’ve got him where he is today. He doesn’t care about outstanding shares because he knows he can always make up for dilution by giving himself more shares in the end.

Would not at all be surprised with attempted reverse split followed by immediate offering, followed by immediate drop in PPS of 25+ percent.

Followed by the same people on this board saying it is a great opportunity to scoop.

People need to stop focusing on share price but outstanding shares. If they get $2 to $2.5 B in a BO it doesn’t matter where the share price was at the time it only matters how many shares you have.

If he has the opportunity to get all the funding he needs through FDA from MDT if he hits milestones then great. Let this puppy fall off the NASDAQ and get it done. You can get back on NASDAC when you have honest, real news to report. Just stop the dilution for gods sake.
