for weeks every time someone slaps the ask and moves the bid up with in a moment someone drops shares on their higher bid price and then drops the ask price down, its been going on for a while now someone wants to keep the price down
Once they get this uplisted to the OTCQB shouldn't have the problem nearly as bad and should have more market makers as well
