There was no mention of 'reverse merger' in my statement or question, and a person making the following statement would most certainly have to be an insider in order to support such an adamant claim:

no plans for the future. Any plans for the future are only wishful thinking

There was obviously a plan to hire a new accounting firm.

There was obviously a plan to file the quarterly financials.

There was obviously a plan to file the audited 10k.

There was obviously a plan to get the company Pink current.

So I'll ask the question again:

Are you in contact with the company? Is there direct correspondence from an officer or insider that you can share with the board? How do you know that the company has no plans?
