Ah yes! Long-time OTC Pinkyland scammer, Paul Strickland is back as the Secretary of BAYP. Strickland was previously a BAYP Director, but resigned. The list of Strickland's ripoffs borders on endless. And it seems his role is always as the Corporate Secretary and controlling vote holder. He's definitely here to try something to con folks out of cash, but his recent tries, including COHO and SPRV, have been failures in terms of moving the share price.
