I know that when I answer questions, I prefer to speak with the person on the phone and make sure they are whom they say they are.
If you dont want to post your phone number that you put on form, you can always simply call and give me the info over the phone and I will be happy to see whom fielded your question.
Nothing wrong with answering questions by way of phone as it is more personal and allows answers to be better explained and saves time on back and forth that simply takes more time on a board like this.
You say you did not get a response and I am simply saying give me the info you put as your contact info and I will look into...Simple as that is only way I am answering questions is to verify whom I am talking to or no answer from me..Nothing to hide at all, simply no need to waste my time with people whom do not want their identity known, just my personal policy now.
