Aha, is this a new ERHC paradigm(?):

Offor has always called the shots for erhc regardless of how many shares he owned.

Pretty unique, Dr. J running Amazon.com regardless of how many Amazon shares he ownes. Jeffrey P. Bezos is in fact just Doc's puppet.

I always thought you had to be an company-owner if you wanted to call the shots? This new paradigm certainly opens up a whole new universum of possibilities for the Doctor.

Also: why would Offor want to protect this ERHC investment, and call the shots in the first place, if he has little or no % ownership to profit from?

Now this is a spectacular new ERHC paradigm!

I'm not sure though if it will qualify for a 'common sense' label.
