I'm not concerned about the 750m authorized. The 500m cannot be turned into common shares. This is necessary for voting rights and M&A deals. This is how it's done. Hope everyone does their DD to see this. I hold another ticker doing the same and it went from .02 to .90 because of the product on 900m AS. Not concerned at all!
