Not sure if this a material to your point or stance, but Worldwide patents are extremely rare and hard to get. It extremely plausible there's no worldwide patents for this company while holding said patent in the EU for example. I'd imagine the process has bogged down even further with COVID, likely taking 2-3 years under normal circumstances (without disputes). I haven't gone about digging myself because to me 99 tech is really icing on the cake at this point, but if one was so inclined, I wouldn't be discouraged by the "worldwide" nomenclature and might start my patent search at the country level...obviously that would also temper expectations/ projections given the likelihood of competition in the market, but just my 2 cents if you're purely looking for verification.
