Management appears to be gathering cash to ramp up operations and capitalize on the now $2000/oz gold price!!! Just what you would hope any junior miner stock would be doing this summer.

185M shares OS though, and the announced private placement will adds 27M to this number in 2 weeks for a total of 215M. That's a lot of shares for a penny stock, but not outrageous.
