So? Has this ever been a simple R/M? I had my hopes early one, but this is obviously more complex then most mergers. No. It involves a LOT of companies and moving parts. That's the part that baffles a lot of people and skews expectations. "Why can't this be like others?" Answer: There are no others like this.
