DC, I think most of the Arbitrage at this point is done by individuals rather than market-makers because of the small volume. At times I buy in Canada on the TSX at other times I buy in the US OTC because of the price difference so I think over time that type of individual Arbitrage buying activity closes the gap except for of course the CAD/USD exchange rate differential. Because the resource Market is hot right now, especially for gold and silver, the Canadian buying is much stronger, but soon the US market will catch up because everybody in the USA loves buying based on upward momentum as opposed to value. Signature has always been terrific value, but now it's getting some price momentum which should continue approve of fall because of the new exploration program now underway.
