PW. good pts. Can you provide some insight into GEM's role in all this . I understand they are a Swiss mutual Fund with a substantial stake in the Co and RLFTF recently exchanged a loan for shares with them ( paid off the loan by issuing them shares ...at 3c a share !! )

So they seem like the deep pockets here ...similar to the Baker Bros who helped fund Amarin's Reduce it trial in 2015 at around a $1 a share ( ran as high as $25 on FDA approval years later ) .

The current trials are not very large or expensive and the Chairman of the board maintains " we have sufficient access to capital to fund these studies on our own ".

Stock needs to trade above $4 to be listed on the NYSE or Naz ...I see no need for the Co to do a reverse split anytime soon if they can fund completion of the trials with existing access lines to capital ...and partner for the production scale up of RLF-100 and for distribution to hospitals .
