Bluebell was never going to fund without the appropriate permits and consignments. It wouldn't make sense since the projects can't move forward without the permits/consignments. That is what Ward went to get on this most recent trip. Now we wait to see if he got them.

Bluebell has been doing their diligence all along which tells me that Ward getting the permits was only a formality and Ward just needed to make the trip.

My gut tells me Bluebell financing closes this month.

Next week's trading action should tell us a lot!
