For one thing... I don't think it's NETE. Maybe I'm wrong, but that company is not like AAPL where it can just easily do multiple acquisitions back to back & not feel the effects of a buying spree. So, for that reason primarily, I have my doubts about NETE being a strong suitor for RXMD. I have two other reasons for thinking the above as well.

And in addition to the whole conundrum: Why no shareholder vote on something like this? It's honestly outside of Miss Mar's previously displayed behavior (and character realm) to disregard our wishes & desires, whatever they might be. We have no knowledge about any of the details or particulars, if a deal has been made last week, or going to be in the future.

What if she departed as angry as a Blue Jay due to other board members messing with the nest? She was a very strong leader. Exceptional in every aspect of her decision-making.

This talk about her not being able to take RXMD to the big board? That's B/S!!! I'd rather have her running the ship than anyone else. Hey, I researched her thoroughly. There's not a better, more honorable, math loving, problem solving, former childhood prodigy type of "business minded" person to be CEO of a publicly traded company.

Without being negative (because I can see the positive possibilities, and do acknowledge RXMD's value), still one thing echo's in the back of my mind: One of my Great Grandma's old sayings.

EVERYTHING THAT GLITTERS, is not gold.

Let us hope that this is the gold though.
