Why CGAC is a "Horrible" company? Because it is at the "SEC Delinquent" status? Or because it had the failed merger deal? Or because it increased the AS to 4.99B shares which is Horrible Giant size comparing to its peers (such as TWNE: mere 50M shares)? Or because its price crashed to 0.0002 from 0.03?

Anyway the company's website is gone --- see the link below! What happened during the past weeks? I checked it a few weeks ago and it was working fine!
