He's a very creative person, and he could do really well especially because his products save and protect lives. Some accountants don't charge too much if he has his backup etc. and it's cheaper than having all this rigmarole when his stock could be trading at .10$ or even more...How expensive are accountants? He can let his bookkeeper do most of the work and his accountant finalizes it, it's accounting 101...he's made a lot of revenue probably in this year alone...
