Well clearly Hollis thinks the Nexpoint demand is a back door Bass attempt to get info useful for the litigation. I say so be it. Everyone already knows they had to sell assets on the cheap due to the situation. I think a jury understands that. If I had to guess, no financial statements til after trial, then magically, they appear. At this point there is no reason to unless they must comply with the demand by NexPoint.
