True, facts are what we all seek. We have been trying to pin point the DB Capital and Jeffery Beckett issuance for a while now. It appears that not everyone knows the facts but I think we can get to the bottom of this if we dig a bit.

The Obocon Structure will be released soon, no digging there, they know the structure or are working on it. Just keep in mind that Sam is Obocon.

Sam / CLSI is buying Sam / CLSI. It is not going to be a big deal IMO.
