Going back to Chuck Norris’s amazing DD post referenced you can see the PASO stock issuance of 45,718,412 shares to Krueger (Lauren, Jeffery, & Michael) which is 13% of Chuck’s pie chart. Some posts on this board have mentioned KKR as a possible unnamed partner. Well coincidentally there is a Lauren Krueger who is “ Managing Director of KKR and member of the Board of Directors of One Call”
