60mm agreed for Anthea Inc.

My email did not directly say where they came from. It just stated 60mm was/will be used for the sale. (All we have is a few PR's at this point). I'm sure all will be put into the formal financial in due time.

Additionally, several million shares were issued for the Hyperion deal that was never consummated. (Issued, never delivered?) Anyone know where those share are? Please let me know. (Just trying to fill in the blanks)
