I just hope the IND gets approved....because if so, it’s on!!!

imo The r/s is a must if there “isn’t” an existing conditional agreement already in place for trial funding.

But then again, I can’t see its non-existence even being possible. Especially not after seeing the success our world renowned team of doctors and scientists has had with our AMAZING TECHNOLOGY.

There “has to be” an existing agreement....Too many eyes have been watching, and too many big “notable’s” have participated.

However, I can also see a r/s as a condition in such an agreement.

Why not? ....a reduced share count and a higher sp is a sure way forward (uplist) with an approved IND and/or successful CT.

R/S or not, I’m ready for it either way.
