Was not established if they used buy-back shares. (Share payment terms not identified yet, that I am aware of). Direct information has to be stated for complete clarity. Share quantity or payment structure for OBOCON still have not been disclosed.

I like to have direct and concrete information for my investments. I am a long-term investor, not a day trader.

(For me), Following the financial numbers at the masters level, involves knowing how numbers are used, and is the most important aspect of accounting. Most certainly for making future/current investment decisions.

Also, I am a chartist and the pps is the least important to me for now. (Quantity and Ratios of shares, are my objectives). The charts are my north star so to speak. The journey has just begun!
