The 10K is out.

From the auditors statement- " the company incurred a net loss of $124,403,000 for the year ending May31st 2020 and has an accumulated deficit of $354,711,000 through May31st 2020, WHICH RAISES SUBSTANTIAL DOUBT ABOUT ITS ABILITY TO CONTINUE AS A GOING CONCERN".

The whole report paints a bad picture of the financial state of this company.

While long positions are hoping that the science and the drug will pull them through, the financials are weighing heavily on their ability to succeed.
There's much in the report to be concerned about but the Auditors statement
is daunting.
