Funny you mention ladder I just went down to Lowe’s and bought a 10 foot aluminum ladder earlier... and now that I’m thinking about Lowe’s that’s brick and mortar brick and mortar will never go away actually they will need more of them as the population grows into the 21st-century for nothing else but to store the merchandise... I would never have a ladder shipped to me... and hazardous material can’t be... but now there are times when I’m in a hurry I can order something from Lowe’s or Home Depot online and pay for it online and they’ll bring it out To the contractors desk down there and all I Gotta do is go in to get it...... brick and mortar going nowhere we will actually need more of them as we progress into the 21st-century and population expands expotentially.... Bezos is thinking of this when he uses that term last mile... even if they’re not used for anything but storage their absolutely going to be needed without a doubt... Bezos is building a third warehouse here in Jacksonville on the outskirts I was taking some limerock out through the Other day they’re just getting started groundbreaking I asked the guy out there with her building and he said it was Amazon building is going to be over a mile long over 1,000,000 ft.² and is the third one they’re building out here in Jax... so this is apparently going to be a main hub but it’s still not gonna be enough storage and processing facilities...this is a fact this is why Bezos is trying to work something out with Simon...
