Guys something isn't sitting right with me, maybe I'm reading to much into the 10K but..

"Our current business strategy is to resubmit our BLA filing for leronlimab as a combination therapy for highly treatment experienced HIV patients as soon as possible.."

page 5.

I could have sworn NP said it was filed last week on Wednesday call (will re-listed). Why state the above sentence that way, if it was filed? 10K was drawn up prior to that, perhaps? Thoughts?

I hold a good amount of shares, I'm just looking for clarity so everyone just chill. Long here.
