Yes, agree. The EMI partial funding would also require them to 'become European', with a country subsidiary, etc. Pluristem had to go that route. Hopefully they get a super-charged rally into news that minimizes potential dilution. It's probably a good back-pocket plan by Mark. He is our ally to minimize dilution. He could/should also be thinking ahead in terms of how this company gets built for future dismantling, with big gains on the sales/royalties from some businesses/divisions, but keeping some elements for the current shareholders. Mark is a clever guy, and probably has dozens of ideas for how this could play out over the next 3 years. A $100M+ war-chest would give him lots of room for a bigger, more expansive vision to take shape and succeed.
