Seems to me it's a stock for penny traders now, not for investors.The product is being taken *private*, the sale amount has been announced and the indebtedness listed. So all that's left for the shareholders is to speculate on how the remaining money gets divvied up.
I managed to average down and get out with a miraculous tiny profit. I'm on to speculate on Kraig in Ann Arbor, Mich and his spider silk genetics.
