I'm new, but from what i've been trying to piece together from SEC docs, EWLL has licensed PHZIO to Bistromatics (a Canadian company owned by EWLL's now former CEO). This was like 4 years ago.

From the last 10-Q: "the Companies [sic: assumed company's] PHZIO and MSK360 systems are currently operated on behalf of the Company by Bistromatics Inc. in Canada. These services are still operational and continues to treat EWLL’s corporate patients and customers.

We are in the process of completing a new Services Agreement with Bistromatics, that if completed, will likely re-position EWLL as a Value Added Reseller (“VAR”) of the PHZIO & MSK360 platforms and allow EWLL to earn marketing fees and would also be granted a significant percentage ownership of Bistromatics in return for transferring the marketing and IP rights for the PHZIO and MSK360 platforms from EWLL to Bistromatics."

"We have licensed our telemedicine platform from Bistromatics Inc., a company owned by our CTO, for perpetuity for any telemedicine application in any market worldwide."

So is ATI paying Bistromatics (and EWLL) for access to PHZIO? Who knows.
