They charged whole amount in the quarter as expenses, which is very unusual. Generally, if it is regarding some long term revenue potential, you allocate the amount over that period.

The other big question is who this Bgreen Partner company is and what kind of consulting they are doing for BBRW. If it is legitimate, there must be something big coming up.
