$4.0m consulting fees: Seems in April 2020, they issued 400,000 preferred A convertible shares @$10/share to a company Bgreen Partners, Inc. for some licensing and distribution agreements. They charged whole amount in the quarter as expenses, which is very unusual. Generally, if it is regarding some long term revenue potential, you allocate the amount over that period.

The other big question is who this Bgreen Partner company is and what kind of consulting they are doing for BBRW. If it is legitimate, there must be something big coming up. You just don’t pay $4m equivalent fees to a third party for nothing. Either something is coming up big or they paid to their friends/families to get the benefit.

Can anyone find out what does this Bgreen Partners, inc. company does? That will tell us what are they paid for consulting fees of $4m.
