What does the “who” matter? Mcoa has a deal with white lion to borrow up to 10 million dollars. White Lion gives them the money in exchange for stock. Mcoa makes no money. All they is borrow. Every time they do White Lion dumps the shares to get their money back. And since the stock price is so low, they issue hundreds of millions of shares every time. There is a reason mcoa increased their authorized shares to 15 billion. Do you realize how high that is? They intend to dilute this thing til the cows come home. This thing will never climb - outside a few manipulated days like we had two days ago because white lion needed to dump hundreds of millions of shares. It will only go down. It’s basic math. The more shares they issue the lower the price. Then in about a year they’ll do another reverse split,and start all over again. That is how the scam works.
