Don't be surprised if they have enough votes for the R/S and share increase (dilution) to happen. Not every long here is voting down the R/S. If the R/S is voted down I can guarantee they will shut the lights off again and for good and many realize that, it is do or die now. I think even though a R/S usually never works especially down here in penny land they'd rather see what happens after the split then just have them turn the lights out and lose everything. They (ZIV) can't be that stupid (or can he?) to think shareholders aren't going to rebel against a R/S for a third time. Who knows? He may be stupider then I thought??? Something still smells here???
