Divisional patent application found today. Check out entries 2 and 3 of the link below. 6 weeks after they filed the divisional patent the parent application was approved.

I did a side by side line by line comparison and only found two differences in the entire divisional application, other than not having cited references or having an assignee of the Univ. Of Florida Research Dept.

First, figure 7, which depicts a specific demonstration of the "atmospheric pressure ion guide" on aluminum foil, has been removed along with reference to it in the last sentence before the CLAIMS section, and

Second, the 3rd paragraph under Claim 1 has the middle third of the first sentence regarding voltage removed. The removed section now becomes Claim #2, and all subsequent claims 2-21 have become Claims 3-22.

If anyone can shed more light on why this divisional was placed, how it effected the parent being approved, if any, and what this might mean for Cannabix, that would be greatly appreciated.
