I am equally puzzled why did the CEO quit all of sudden...

It's not puzzling at all! SPRV's acquistion of private company Web to Door on July 10, 2018 was a sham from Day 1. The sham was orchestrated by the infamous SCRUM of SCAMMERS, including Director Paul Strickland, former SPRV CEO Bryan Wayne Geer, former CEO Bobo "The Hobo" Linton, former CEO Roderick Santulan, and "friend" BAYP CEO Clay Franks.

As a private company, Web to Door's owners would have had to personally absorb the all the legal costs associated with the Federal Government's prosecution of operating subidiary On Courier 365. On Courier 365 was charged with hundreds of violations of the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act. Roderick Santulan owned iBDC Business Solutions, which was a consulting company and had On Courier 365 as a client. It appears Roderick Santulan was also a part of the Web to Door ownership group. By setting up the phony acquisition of Web to Door by shell SPRV, the burden of paying the On Courier 365 legal costs was instantly transferred from the owners of Web to Door to the shareholders of SPRV! The owners of Web to Door were saved from the financial ravages of the Government's class-action lawsuit.

The U.S. Department of Labor's legal action was finally settled on February 27, 2020. The SPRV shareholders were no longer needed! The acquistion of Web to Door, along with its subsidiaries On Courier 365 and Web to Door Trucking, was subsequently "unwound", with Web to Door falling back into the hands of its previous owners Muhammad Farzand and Safie Khateeb, among others. Roderick Santulan acted as a consultant, helping to orchestrate the scam, via his consulting company iBDC Business Solutions, but he was no longer needed. Voila! Roderick Santulan resigned.

SPRV is a SHELL, with a mountain of debt, over 13 billion Outstanding shares, and no business operations! SPRV continues to be solely controlled by long-time OTC Pinkyland scammer Director Paul Strickand!
