There is one main reason the stock is down.

The shadiness of how management communicates with investors both qualitatively and quantitatively. It’s either willful (worse) or incompetence (better). Hopefully they will solve some of these issues when they uplist. IR needs to be fired. That’s step one. Also there seems to some improvements they need to make in the accounting department in terms of timing of revenue recognition. That $8M deposit in last Q really ended up bambazooling many investors.
