Can a long term (year +) shareholder not express frustration or constructive criticism anymore these days? Are those that hold shares only allowed to sycophants?

Maybe if more shareholders woke up and acknowledged the disastrous mistakes the got us here, and that continue to be replicated over and over again, the company would actually start behaving more appropriately. Maybe, just maybe, Ezra would tell Waldman to kick dirt next time he suggests a PR like the 70% increase PR. Maybe, posters would stop posting “ain’t seen nothin yet” and driving up expectations only for expectations to be ripped apart. Maybe they won’t hold pointless conference calls if they have nothing substantive to discuss. Maybe they won’t appoint shell bakers to the BoD. Etc..

I say what I say because I want this to succeed. Don’t have to agree with me, don’t have to respond to me, don’t even have to listen to me. But I’ll continue to express my opinion so long as I am a shareholder.
