To be clear, I'm not puzzled at all. IMO, they brought him and his sub-contractor business, as a way to sell shares, that would benefit the owner of SPRV and give him money for startup. That mission is now done, I am expecting to sooner or later see proof that his business is private again.
I've seen many Stinky Pinkies use a Unwind Clause to undue, what they have been telling shareholders was "the deal".
