Next thing you know. SREH revealed as sister holding to ENTI, ENTI deal with PTEL for MMX, PTEL dealt with DUTV and DUTV dealt with TORQ. Then ENTI dealt with EUOT.

Then we got Thomas and 15 Billion shares. Then CJ

Then we got Husdon

IMHO you don't do all that wheeling and dealing just to sit on 30 billion shares...for all I know the ENTI synergy might involve 10X that many shares and company's due to attachments, sub's, pieces, parts, entanglements and agreements.

What exactly is Hudson? a Fixer, a Ghost Writer. Only thing I have ever read is that he has written Proxy.
