One thing you have to realize.

Iorg being able to trade has nothing to do with their business. So even if iorg was currently trading all this time they still have done no business all this time.

Look at all fidare projects. Delisted or suspended from a company who job is to keep other companies current with finra sec etc.

And their first 8k is about a lawsuit.

Food for thought... Now 4 other companies used the same audit firm iorg used and they were not suspended... why is that?
How about 8k on the business....nope.
