Yeah I would be shocked if they are on time no matter what excuse they use. This is not an on time type of operation. New accountants or not they will be late and full of excuses until they get serious about share price and investors. I don't see it anytime soon unfortunately. Looks like the business is moving in the right direction. They have some good contracts and facilities that are pumping out products no doubt. They just won't translate that to the share price yet for whatever reason.
