Exactly, nothing imo in this filing shows concrete evidence he’s is on the right track to pull this off to me. Such a bad 10K.

Just forward looking/seeking plans/commencing statements. So much debt, notes, hard time with funding, and imo not much progress to get this ball rolling. Given the covid factor it’s understandable things are tough. Hopefully frank pulls off the 3 million by Aug 31 to get things actually moving. I have a small position so no biggie the outcome.
