I brought up Time and Sales - someone did a market sell and pretty much wiped out L2 all the way to .0067 - the trade took from 14:36:02 to 14:36:37 and executed in 12 partials. I guess whoever was sick of waiting or kids playing games. Hard to figure. Have had a little strange activity here over the last week or so.
