2/15 for a 12/31 year end audit? stop it.
they would have to close their books first, nfw imho (no f$#@#ing way). 2/15 for the 5/31 year end would even be doubtful imho. Please take an auditor & an attorney with you on your next trip, please? if, for nothing else, we would like answers to our questions, not more questions. it is clear to me why sljb wants you to go the trip to visit them.
