Of course its about speculation. Any position you take regardless of the company is about speculation. If royalties are all they are in this for I wouldn't think that they would have needed a current status to make such happen. Another avenue could have been derived that would have been far cheaper. There was also no mention of such case in the previous filings nor has royalties ever showed up anywhere on previous balance sheets. They did however make honorable mention of a new and improved product.
