I just called Paul.

He said that both the 10-q and 10k will be released by next wednesday. He's aware that the 10k needs to be released before/alongside the 10-q....he said the reason the financials are late is because the auditors are having trouble tracking gold sales, and issues with converting currencies and figuring out alll the different types of gold their are.
